MOONFLYOVER ART – Andersen: The Snow Queen - Artbox Fairytale Diorama (wood, resin, textile, acrylic, 19x11x20 cm)

Andersen: The Snow Queen fairy tale diorama with artbox lighting, a variety of mixed media, using my own and previously painted themes. All pieces, figures and small elements were made individually.

In terms of its symbolism, it is winter and those certain fragments that make a person a kingdom of snow. Anyone who knows the (educational) tale knows that it was not written only for children, its lessons contain lessons about existence, values, and eternity that are still valid today. If you manage to solve the word “Eternity”, the soul is freed from winter. Our creation, inspired by the first tale, has never been created before by anyone else. Due to its small size and proportions, it is an extremely meticulous work. The way we use and break down certain elements, we would classify it in the broad category of artbox, applied art. Originally, all themes were made with oil paint, as was the attached picture of the sky.

Elements appearing: White buttercups, roses, white bees as symbols of the Snow Queen. As well as mirrors, ice gates, night curtains, northern lights and countless others.

Standalone themes: The Eye of Night and the Curtain of Night, The Winter Storm, The Realm of Light

An excellent gift for older children and even for children-for-all adults. A small battery-operated LED light is attached to the “ceiling”, making it extremely atmospheric at night as the snowflakes shine through.

We only make them to order. We will only create classic fairy tales in this form.
